What a transfer needs

| Access to the admin email | The approval message is sent there. |
| The authorisation code | Your current provider issues an EPP code. |
| The transfer lock off | A locked domain cannot move. |
| An age over 60 days | A registry rule. A recent domain must wait. |
Your website stays online. A transfer moves the billing and the control. It does not switch off the site or the email, as long as the DNS records stay the same.
If you cannot get into the account
We can still help. The registry holds a record of the owner, and company documents prove the business owns the name. Write to us and we walk you through the recovery route for that provider.
